Update for US Customers
From 29 August 2025, new US import regulations will apply. All shipments to the United States will be subject to customs duties and clearance fees, regardless of order value. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we ship with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, this means duties and customs fees are prepaid by us, and the price you see at checkout is the final cost. There will be no additional bills upon delivery.

 

🌍 International Orders & Customs Fees

We ship worldwide from our studio with care and intention. Please note that for all international orders, local customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

As a small independent studio, we are unable to cover or estimate these fees in advance. Customs policies vary by country. we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid import charges, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

🔄 Refund & Exchange Policy

Each piece is handmade with care, and we hope you love your order. However, if there’s an issue, please read the following carefully:

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact us at ivyjstudiolondon@gmail.com before returning any item.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on stock availability. Return shipping costs apply.

 

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings or customized/personalised items.

 

Please Note

 Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
 All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unaltered, and  undamaged.
 Returns must include all original tags and packaging.
 Items must be shipped back in the original box or an equally secure outer packaging to  ensure safe return.

 

Refund

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending your payment method. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.
